Using advice
Cleaning. After using the mat, clean it with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water. Soapy water can be used. It is important to rinse well to be sure not to affect the conductive surface. Avoid using an abrasive or corrosive cleaning product, this could damage the conductivity surface. Store the device in a cool, dry place, preferably in its cloth bag.
Usage Before using the mat, we recommend that you avoid applying lotions, creams or oils to the part of the body that will be in contact with the mat in order to ensure good conductivity between the skin and the mat. For optimal use, your skin should be in direct contact with the conductive surface. Some textiles can reduce or prevent conductivity.
We recommend to test the outlet to be sure that it connects correctly to the ground.

Power outlet tester (120V - 3 US / AC wires) - Optional
